webinars on sustainability, construction and extended reality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European XRGREEN.CON project is launching a new series of webinars focusing on the role of Extended Reality (XR) in the transition towards more sustainable construction based on the principles of the circular economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions will explore how immersive technologies can enhance the development of green skills in vocational training and support innovation in the construction sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinars are led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fors.earth\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">F\u00d8RS<\/a>, with the participation of its CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anton-breinbauer-039871131\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Anton Breinbaue<\/a>r, bringing expertise in sustainability, the circular economy and systemic transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Next explore the construction sector\u2019s transition towards more sustainable models, highlighting the role of XR in the development of new training and skills acquisition methodologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Webinar 2 \u2013 Circular Economy in Practice<br><\/strong>\ud83d\udcc5 14 april 2026<br>\u23f0 10:00\u201311:30 (CET)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second webinar will focus on the practical application of the circular economy in the construction sector, demonstrating how XR can contribute to a more efficient use of resources and more sustainable construction practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extended Reality for the development of green skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XRGREEN.CON aims to promote the circular economy in the construction sector by developing training modules based on Extended Reality simulations, which enable users to interact with realistic environments and acquire knowledge in a practical way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this series of webinars, the project offers an opportunity for teachers, professionals and stakeholders in the sector to explore how digital technologies can contribute to a more sustainable built environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
