Skills Divers contributes to EFVET Magazine

Skills Divers is pleased to share that our article on the use of Artificial Intelligence in the classroom has been published in VET Pulse: The EFVET Magazine, Issue 37.

VET Pulse is EFVET’s magazine, a European publication that brings together reflections, practices and insights from the Vocational Education and Training community. It provides a space for VET professionals, institutions and organisations to share experiences, discuss current challenges and highlight innovative approaches in education and training across Europe.

Mª Pilar Pérez Quílez, founder of Skills Divers teaching

The article was written by Mª Pilar Pérez Quílez, founder of Skills Divers and VET teacher in Software Development, who brings together her classroom experience with a strong professional background in the private sector. Before moving into education, she worked for several years in software architecture and programming across sectors such as banking, public administration and defence, collaborating with Spanish and Swiss corporations.

Drawing on this dual perspective, the article explores how generative AI is transforming teaching and learning in Vocational Education and Training. It presents practical classroom examples related to motivation, learning development and assessment, while highlighting the need for responsible AI use, critical thinking and strong technical foundations.

For Skills Divers, this contribution reflects our commitment to innovation in education and to supporting VET providers in adapting to the digital transformation of learning environments.
