Overview
The aim of the IoToAI project is to develop a specific and innovative training programme to modernise the profiles of workers and students in the key enabling technologies of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
The students who can benefit from this project will be those enrolled in technical vocational training programmes, who will learn practical skills in technologies such as blockchain, cloud computing, data analysis, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity. University students will also be able to acquire knowledge about digital transformation, data-driven decision-making and artificial intelligence. The project will also train industry professionals who will be able to apply the knowledge acquired in these technologies in their respective sectors.
In addition, a compilation of indispensable digital tools in online training and best practices has been developed, which will be of great value for teachers who want to enter the world of e-learning.
During the first stages of the project, an exhaustive analysis of the official curricula in different European countries on Industry 4.0 and digital transformation was developed. As well as recommendations to update the different professional profiles that could be affected by these subjects.
