How AI accelerates the generation of competitive ideas for the Program Erasmus+

Practical Workshop for Successful Erasmus+ Proposals with AI

Do you want to develop winning proposals for the Erasmus+ programme? This course is designed for educational institutions, consultants and project managers in education and innovation who seek to stand out and increase their chances of success in the calls for this prestigious European program.

Why Erasmus+?

Erasmus+ is the European Union program that supports education, training, youth and sport in the period 2021-2027. It offers funding for projects that promote cooperation between organizations and the development of innovative ideas.

In this intensive course, you will learn how to:

  • Generate solid ideas and aligned with the priorities of the Cooperation between Organisations (KA2).
  • Understand the key calls for proposals, with a detailed analysis of their objectives and the types of projects funded.
  • Assess and validate the innovative character of your ideas to ensure their eligibility and potential for success.
  • Select the right call for your idea, build a strong consortium and develop a work plan and budget that will highlight your proposal.

Our hands-on approach will guide you step by step through each field of the application form, with real examples of funded projects and the expertise of consultants who have successfully managed more than 20 Erasmus+ proposals.

We will use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to design the proposal from scratch, address key sections, and refine it—doubling our writing capacity and maximising our chances of success. You will also learn how to apply prompt engineering to a funding proposal.
