Overview
DITRAVET (Digital Transformation in VET) is an Erasmus+ project that was created in response to the lockdowns caused by COVID-19, in an attempt to promote the digital transformation of vocational training schools.
We talk about digital transformation as a change in mindset and approach towards digital leadership in schools, and not just as a mere digitisation of management, lessons, assessments or tutorials.
The project results include:
1) A guide to best practices, common mistakes, and solutions to family barriers arising from lockdown during COVID-19.
2) A joint curriculum for students, teachers and principals (including policy makers) on digital transformation in Vocational Training centres, including work-based learning.
3) 19 online and interactive lessons about digital transformation divided in 3 courses according to the 3 types of target groups.
4) Quality assurance guide for policy makers about microcredentials and digital tools deployment in education systems.
